Steve SnyderSteve has spent his life in the valley and over 14 years in the construction industry. During his employment, he learned that not only being highly educated in one’s field is important, but that customer service should be top priority. Steve also has made a commitment to delivering energy efficient products at prices low enough for the mass public to attain. This, he hopes, will ensure a better, and less expensive, future for all of us.

Steve M. was born and raised in Northern California in a small town called Ukiah. After 4 years of service in the US Marine Corps, he moved back and started working as a Wild land Firefighter, which eventually led him to work as a Firefighter for the City of Avondale. Needless to say, he also believes in a high level of customer service! Steve is also a Certified Building Performance Analyst, testing homes for their safety and energy efficiency.

Great service- I called A Hybrid Home because my evap cooler had stopped working. They showed up at the agreed upon time, without one of those annoying 3 hour windows. He found the problem with the cooler, and even fixed the annoying noise it was making by fixing a bracket. With a polite, professional and down to earth demeanor, Steve provided us with answers to our questions and a willingness to work with us. Each member of the team was also polite, professional and knowledgable. They had great organization, teamwork, patience, and respect which was expressed through the quick replacement of our unit as well as a clean home when the job was finished. Steve and his crew were FANTASTIC ! They were well prepared for our heat pump installation and everything went smooth. Once the new Day & Night unit was turned on, cool air was pouring into our home and in no time our home was comfortable.... all of our home, just not part of the house.
